I've been cooking for over 20 years and typically, when people ask what I do and I tell them, I'm a chef... they ask? What kind of food do you cook?

It's a stumper.
I've tried to come up with something that encompasses what I 'think' I cook, but it never seems 'right'. So, the answer I've come up with, is " Tim Food". :)

Okay, Amy and I would like a little more detail on this one, too. Maybe pics of dishes?? Or, I don't know, an invite to a nice homecooked Tim dinner?? (hint, hint!)
